About Us

We began in the early 80's as an in-house maintenance company for a large real estate development firm. As their property acquisitions grew so did our crews and our experience.

We learned first hand the demands of property managers and were trained on meeting their high expectations. Our toughest customer was across the hall and frequently wanted landscape miracles. We constantly dealt with class C property, wanting class A exteriors and usually on a tight budget. These are common requests from many of our customers today and we have solutions.

In 2007 our parent company invested in a partnership with the LandOpt organization to create Bloomsbury Landscapes. We now market our full array of services to all clients in the Raleigh Durham area. Property management firms, Construction companies, Homeowners Assocations, Developers and Builders are all on our client list.

The LandOpt relationship, empowers a select group of highly qualified, regionally-based landscape contractors with a powerful portfolio of business systems to dramatically improve growth, profitability and productivity. These select contractors have an exclusive territory to use the LandOpt system within a defined service area.

Ultimately this partnership with LandOpt has fine tuned our skills to create a customer oriented company, which is proactive in delivering service and above all... a problem solver for landscape issues.

We currently maintain upwards of 40 commercial properties. We have a staff of designers, spray technicians, licensed ornamental and turf management technicians and the financial backing for expansion as needed to take on any size project.
